Soccer Ole’ also offers private or small group soccer sessions for field players and goalies.

Field Players = Boys and Girls ages 6-18

Physical Fitness topics covered:

• Flexibility
• Coordination
• Agility
• Fitness
• Speed and Power

Technical session:

• Dribbling
• Passing and control
• Heading
• Shooting
• Finishing

DURATION: 1- 1:15 min per session
LOCATION: Christian Brothers High School soccer fields
COST: $40-$65 per session, depending on the number of players and topic to be covered.
